United Auto Parts offers a 10 point Customer Satisfaction Warranty #1 - Motor City Maxx “SPECIALTY HIGH PERFORMANCE STARTERS AND ALTERNATORS” when properly installed, are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for replacement for 2 years with original receipt #2 - LAWN & GARDEN, INDUSTRIAL, MARINE, MOTORCYCLE, ATV , SNOWMOBILE, TOOLS and SPECIALTY COLLECTABLE items are warranted for a period of one year. #3 - This warranty extends to the application under normal use and service and does not apply to overload, rust, deliberate abuse, submersions, broken drive gears or housings or any other damaged not attributed directly to item. #4 - Improper installation, careless handling, tampering or dismantling of item makes this warranty null and void. #5 - This warranty being expressly in lieu of all other obligations or liabilities and United Auto Parts neither assumes nor authorizes any other person or firm to assume for it any other liability in connection with the sale of its products or merchandise. #6 - Our warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective units only. We do not offer a cash refund on any electrical item that has been installed on vehicle.
